• Exchanges accepted; You can return your shoes for an exchange (for example if you have ordered the wrong size or they do not fit) Return postage is at your own cost

•Damage/Lost; You can return your shoes free return label included to us for a replacement or refund

•Refunds; You can return your order to us in unworn condition in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost any "Rush my Order" & Origonal shipping amount is non-refundable
